Parking fees and parking fines

• Parking fees and –fines can arrive to Elcampervan at a later stage after the holiday trip has ended.
• This is because slowness in local parking company means that Elcampervan might receive an invoice up to several weeks later. In some cases it could be months. 
• If we receive and invoice we are forwarding this to our rental customers with documentation. If we have not yet returned deposit, we will deduct it from this.

Speed fines

• The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is responsible for establishing and operating speed cameras, including the photography of speed limit violations.
• The police are responsible for following up any punishable offence identified by the cameras through the police case registry.
• If Elcampervan receives a letter from the police, we are obliged to inform who was driving the vehicle at present time of violation. This will be name of the Lessee in rental agreement.
